MEET EMMA

Emma is a Victoria-based Realtor who has lived and worked in the local community for over 15 years. With a wealth of knowledge in Victoria’s real estate industry, Emma is able to help her clients navigate the home buying or selling experience and make the best decisions for their lives.

Before becoming a Realtor, Emma spent over 22 years living in Vancouver, where she worked in a high-paced, corporate world, with a background in sales, recruitment, marketing, administration, and customer service. It was only natural that Emma translated these skills into her success as an MLS Award Winning Realtor.

Emma constantly invests in upgrading her education as a Realtor to ensure she is equipped with the knowledge to educate her clients on the intricacies of the local market. With her experience and expertise, Emma is able to help her clients get the best home sale price, find the home of their dreams, or the most suitable investment property.

Emma decided to move to Victoria, (after a quick stint in the Cariboo in between for a year where she started her real estate career) and has never looked back. Victoria is her home where she raises her son and enjoys the “Island Life” as she lives a very active lifestyle. Emma works all throughout Greater Victoria from Sidney to Sooke and everywhere in between and is knowledgeable with what each neighbourhood has to offer. She has owned property in Oak Bay, Fernwood, Langford and Victoria.

When Emma is not busy running her real estate business, she loves to spend quality time with her son and a miniature dachshund named Moose. She can be found exploring the many gems that the island has to offer, whether running, jogging, or just going for a casual stroll. As a community-driven person with a big heart for the people of Victoria, Emma dedicates time to her son and his passion for soccer, volunteering, and supporting local businesses.
